Julie
With a passion for building imagination and creativity through play for all ages and a love of LEGO, I am delighted to be the owner of Bricks Club! I have many years experience running Bricks clubs since 2017, a degree in Mathematics (which brings a love of STEM learning with it!) and a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with Adults, Children and Young People.
A Certified Facilitator in Brick-by-Brick programme: Certified LEGO brick based therapy offering therapeutic LEGO based therapy one to one and group sessions.

As an early years practitioner, I have lots of experience and knowledge of childrens learning and development. My degree in childhood practice taught me the importance of children learning through play. This and my own love of LEGO led to me joining Julies team.
Working in a school, I have great experience with all primary stages and have gained additional training in childhood trauma and additional support needs. This allows me to confidently support individual childrens needs while being at Bricks Club.
So proud to be part of our wee team and hopefully I will get to build with you soon!
